Amanda Cullum

I began my journey in early childhood education 25 years ago. I started at a small family-owned preschool as an assistant teacher. This love led to my decision to pursue early childhood education where I obtained my Bachelors in Child Development from Texas Woman’s University. I graduated from TWU in 2008 and soon after started my career with Carpe Diem, teaching the twos and threes. I left Carpe Diem briefly to work in Plano ISD assisting in the PPCD program. This cultivated my knowledge and love for special education. I returned to Carpe Diem and had the privilege to work in the Pre K program before making the transition into Assistant Director in 2015 then leading into my role as Co-School Leader.
