About Dawn Hallman
Dawn Hallman is the Executive Director of the Dallas Association for Parent Education/DAPE. She has taught parent education for over 35 years. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at Eastfield College, teaching Education and Teacher Prep classes for over 20 years. She is a Master Trainer in Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators. Hallman is a certified Life is Good Playmaker, a Doula and a childbirth educator. She is also the mom of two children and has been married to her best friend, Steven, for 44 years.
