PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO): Permanent full-time employees (32+ hours per week) and salaried part-time employees will receive paid personal time off. This time can be used for illness or vacation.
- Year 1: 80 hours or ten (10) days PTO (accrued at 3.33 hours per pay period)
- Year 2 through 4: 120 hours or fifteen (15) days PTO (accrued at 5 hours per pay period)
- Year 5 and more: 160 hours or twenty (20) days PTO (accrued at 6.66 hours per pay period)

Carpe Diem pays 75% of premium for the employee. Coverage is effective the first of the month after 3 full months from date of hire.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY: Carpe Diem pays 100% of the employee's premium.
LIFE INSURANCE: The coverage is 100% of the employee's annual earnings. Carpe Diem pays 100% of premium.
RETIREMENT BENEFITS: Carpe Diem 401(k) Plan - Full-time and part-time staff are eligible to participate after 6 months of employment. Enrollment dates are the 1st of each quarter. Carpe Diem matches 100% of the first 3% of deferred salary contribution. All fees associated with the plan are paid by Carpe Diem.
DENTAL INSURANCE: Employees are responsible for 100% of premium.
